In 1851 E.W.B. Snider erected a flour mill on the bank of the
Conestogo River in the town of St. Jacobs, Ontario, Canada
(then Jacobstettel). Today St. Jacobs Country Mill Market is
the home of many gift, craft, and antique shops as well as
the Country Mill Restaurant.
