Paradise Inn is an interesting structure. Built almost en-
tirely of weathered-gray Alaska Cedar logs, taken from the
Silver Forest nearby. Its wonderful assembly room-50'x110'
-shows this open log construction entirely to the ridge pole,
78' above the floor level. There are some massive tables and
other heavy furniture constructed from these cedar logs.
Paradise Inn is well equipped and offers first class accommo-
dation; has sleeping quarters for 650 people, including 68
rooms with private bath.
