Home of the Milford Historical Society.
Built by Capt. Samuel Eells about 1669
and occupied by his family about 80 years
and deeded by his son. Nathaniel Eells to
the brother of his first wife, Stephen
Stowe, who married Freelove Baldwin, the
granddaughter of Col. Samuel Eells, and
thereafter occupied by Stephen and Freelove
Baldwin Stowe.
