Stratford-on-Avon Church. Holy Trinity Church
is situated on the west bank of the Avon. It is a
cruciform edifice, and of somewhat mixed archi-
tectural styles, the earliest date on record being
in the thirteenth century. There are numerous
interesting monuments to famous people, including
William Shakespeare and many of his friends
and relatives.
