Beth Ahaba ("House of Love") the beautiful Jew-
ish synagogue located at Ryland & Franklin Sts., was
dedicated on Dec. 9, 1904 with impressive ceremonies.
The Building is a perfect octagon, with a Doric portico
and columns attached in front. It is easily the handsomest
and most commodious synagogue in the South, and will
compare favorably with any other in this country.
