After the Completion of Third Building Operation,
The block is 515 feet long in Oxford Street (the broad
thoroughfare on the right of the picture) and faces also
Orchard Street, Duke Street and Somerset Street. The
first new section, occupying about half of the Orchard
Street frontage on the left, was completed early in 1922.
The second and third operations completed the frontage in
Orchard Street and the magnificent Oxford Street facade,
including the majestic entrance. The fourth operation
will complete the centre portion of the building back of
the entrance.
