The Prophet lived there until the spring of 1843, when he moved into QG Mansion House. No. 2. MANSION HOUSE–Built in 1842 and 30 PEMIS SPACE FOR ADRESS ONLY 1843 through revelation. Home of the Prophet the time he was killed at Carthage Ill., 1937 June 27, 1844. Lumber sawed near LaCrosse, Wisc., and rafted down the river. No. 3. THE NAUVOO HOUSE-A revelation was received Jan. 17, 1841, by Joseph Smith to build it and call it the Nauvoo House. An association was incorporated Feb. 15, 1841. It was never finished.
