HARRISBURG, PA.
The Penn Harris has devoted one of its four un-
usual
restaurants to preserving tradition with
authentic_antiques, especially typical of the Penn-
sylvania Dutch country. The Harris Ferry Tavern,
renowned for quaint charm and delicious food, is
reminiscent of early Pennsylvania history and was
named for the ferry operated on the Susquehanna
River by John Harris in the 18th century. The
home of the justly famous "Garlic Rolls" - a
specialty of the Tavern.
