A large number of aviators have made flights during strong winds of 11 to 16 yards traveling power in a second but generally, at present, flights are made during comparatively low winds of 7 to 8 yards traveling power in a second. As at sunset, there is generally less wind this time is the most favorable for flying trails. The postcard depicts the Kings of the Air, Latham, Wright, Farman and Bleriot. |
