Operated as an educational tourist attraction, under a special
permit from the Control Board of Atomic Energy of Canada.
The uranium ore is high grade pitchblende, accompanied by the
rare selenium compounds, klockmannite and clausthalite.
Located at MONTREAL RIVER, ONTARIO, on the famous Lake
Superior circle route, Highway 17 North.
