STEGOSAURUS
Dinosaur Park, Rapid City, So. Dak.
A model in accurate proportion and size of one
of the creatures that roamed this land 40 million
years ago. The Stegosaurus was about 11 feet
long, 7 feet high, had a series of dermal plates
down the middle of his back and protective horns
on his tail. This as well as all the other models
in the park were designed and built by Emmet
Sullivan, Rapid City, South Dakota.
