A "mambo" or Voodoo priestess whirls around faster
and faster while shouldering a bleating sacrificial goat.
She is instrumental in making Voodoo gods or loas
"appear" during night long sessions. This is one of a
series of rare photographs taken during an authentic
ceremony.
