THE SCIENCE AND CULTURE CENTER brings together the cultural and historical areas of West Virginia state government. The Center opened to the public July 11, 1976 and July 11, 1976 and houses Theater, Archives, The Craft Shop, Library Com- mission and Department of Culture and History.
