St. Louis Centennial Celebration October 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, 1909 - Free to all outdoor events, Water pageant commemorating founding of St. Louis,; Municipal pageant comprising police force and other municipal departments; to be reviewed by the Mayors of 1,000 cities; Educational, Historical, Military pageant with students, floats, soldiers, etc.; Industrial pageant depicting the city's industries; Veiled Prophet annual; Balloon and airship races; Aeroplane fights, 11-week Centennial Festival in down-town streets, with brilliant illuminations, music ad fire works.
