Two miles west of Parker, Arizona across the Colorado River in California. Named for Wyatt Earp an early frontier Marshall who gained his greatest fame in Tombstone, Arizona. He was responsible for the liquidation of some of the gangs of "bad men", bank and railroad hold-up desperadoes who infested the frontier towns.
