YAVAPAI COLLEGE'S 100-acre campus overlooks Prescott,
Arizona, Granite Mountain and Thumb Butte. Here a military
fort was established during the Civil War and later the Fort
Whipple Army Hospital was built. The college offers arts and
sciences transfer programs, also technical and adult educa-
tion programs.
