This huge military installation, constructed for use in World War Two, has been expanded and is now one of the main training bases in the Nation. The third Army Training Center graduates thousands of ground force trainees yearly. Many of these soldiers later qualify for Officer Candidate Schools, Paratrooper training or specialist ratings. |
