operated by Jean and Paul Shank, Denver's
self-styled "architects of appetites" -- is truly
one of America's finest eating houses. Cater-

Completed in 1889, this beautiful granite
mansion is reminiscent of the West's fabulous
mining era and the gay nineties. Exquisitely
carved stairways and panels and beautiful it-
terior decorations create an atmosphere of
quiet and dignity which portrays an exclusive
