FRONTIER IN THE ADIRONDACKS ROUTE 9 BETWEEN LAKE GEORGE AND LAKE PLACID Frontier Town is a full-size cowboy and pioneer town where scores of people in authentic costumes portray frontier life in action. THE ORIGINAL CONCORD STAGE COACH which was in service between Schroon Lake, N. Y. and Riverside in the middle 1800's. It is shown at Frontier Town on Rt. 9, which is a replica of a pioneer log town complete with Church, School, Block House, Trading Post, Spin- ning and Weavers shops and old vehicles.
