KA12 Sanford Stadium, University of Georgia, Athens, Ga. This Stadium was doubledecked in 1967 at a cost of three million dollars and now has a capacity of nearly 60,000. The Bulldogs claim it is the best "spectator sta- dium" in the South, more good seats on the sides of the field than any other stadium in Dixie. It was named for the late Dr. S.V.
