This annual February event held at the beautiful Arabic-designed fairgrounds is one of the nation's most unusual and exciting fairs. Queen Scheherazade and her court pose for a picture just before the start of the sensational camel races which are a featured event each afternoon during the National Horse Show which is an added attraction of the Date Festival.
