HARPUR COLLEGE SCIENCE BUILDING
Vestal, New York
Harpur College was dedicated in 1950 as a four-year
liberal arts college, a unit of the State University of
New York. The name, "Harpur," was chosen to
honor Robert Harpur, first secretary of the Board of
Regents. Presently, it is situated on 376 acres in a
broad valley in the Town of Vestal.
