CORDINER HALL
Cordiner Hall, a cultural auditorium for Whitman
College and the Walla Walla, Washington com-
munity, was dedicated in 1968. Named for Ralph
J. Cordiner Whitman Class of 1922, former chief
executive of General Electric Company, it seats
1,384 in air-conditioned continental seating. This
showplace is the chief scene for the performing
arts in Southeastern Washington.
