This is one of the first pictures taken on the dedica-
tion day of the Japanese Cultural and Trade Center,
during the first annual Nihonmachi Cherry Blossom
Festival. It is hoped to make this a traditional annual
event, judging from the huge attendance at the
inauguration.
Opened March 28, 1968. Visitors are most welcome.
