This beautiful Hotel is sometimes called "The Oasis of Easi
Texas." Since the opening in April, 1955, Hotel Fredonia has
come to be a focal point for both business and entertainment in
the entire East Texas area as well as in Nacogdoches.
Community-owned, the hotel has gained national attention
for both its methods of financing and its success. Hotel Fredonia
has enjoyed average occupancy of 97 per cent since opening.
