  Did you know that really that is the Inland Fisheries and Wildlife also known as the Fish and Game? I grew up there and that spot was about 150 feet away from my grandmothers house and I still always swim there when I'm up home. Love that view, that sandbar in the water was removed to make room for the Katahdin also known locally as The Crate
