Club House of the Pilgrimage Garden Club
Occupying an entire block in the centre of
Natchez, Stanton Hall is one of the most beauti-
ful of the Natchez Ante Bellum Homes. The
front entrance of the hall is especially imposing
with a double decked portico upheld by Doric
columns. Both galleries are enclosed with ex-
quisite wrought iron bannisters. The lower
vestibule is floored with white marble.
