Built in 1798, the historic JED PROUTY TAVERN, Bucksport, Maine was the favorite hostelry of four presidents of the United States, who enjoyed its warm hospitality and good food. Combining the Old with the New, this famous tavern today offers the NATURAL same friendly welcome and excellent cuisine.
