THE SIGHTSEER, Gray Line's 300 passenger excursion
boat, passes through Portage Bay on its 26 mile
voyage from Elliot Bay in Puget Sound to Seattle's
beautiful Lake Washington. Other points of interest
along the way are Government Locks - second largest
locks in the world, Salmon Bay home of Seattle's
commercial fishing fleet and Lake Union - famous for
its interesting houseboat colonies and industries. In
the background is the University of Washington
Medical building.
