Picturesque Marven Gardens, whose name
is derived from "Mar"-gate and "'Ven"-tnor,
is located at the line which divides Margate
City and Ventnor City. It is noted for its
beautiful homes, each one unusual and dis-
tinctive in architectural design. An Old Eng-
lish Tudor manse adjoins a colorful Spanish
villa, which, in turn, faces a French chateau;
all are encircled with winding sidewalks and
driveways, adorned with gorgeous shrubbery
and stately trees.
