THE SANTA MONICA BEACH HOTEL, to be erected under
the direction and promotion of the Santa Monica Beach
Association of Santa Monica, Los Angeles, Hollywood and
Pasadena, will be situated at the Wilshire Boulevard en-
trance of Palisades Park, with sea and beach frontage of
1200 feet.
BUILDING FRONTAGE on Beach and Park, 500 feet.
BRIDGE, 250 feet wide by 130 feet from the face of cliff to
main structure, covered with roof garden, 75 feet high
from lower roadway to garden.
TOTAL ROOMS, 368. Bath Rooms, 278.
AUTO APPROACH by 20-foot roadway (in addition to Coast
Highway below). Garage under Bridge Roof Garden,
capacity about 125 cars.

on first or beach floor in center portion of building, all
opening on to cement beach walk. First floor wings have
separate entrances to beach walk and may be arranged for

48x70 feet, with magnificent views of mountains and ocean,
