BRO: You are hereby notified of the death of BROTHER
JAIRUS A. JACKSON of Paris Hill, a worthy member of Mt.
Mica Lodge, No. 17, and a member of this Ass'n; and that
in consequence thereof the Special Assessment of ONE DOL-
LAR AND TEN CENTS provided for by our By-Laws is now due
from you, and payable to the Secretary within thirty days
from the date of this notice. Your family will not be enti-
tled to any aid from the Beneficial Fund of the Association
unless such assessment is paid within that time.

Nineteenth Assessment upon the twenty-first death.-
Bro. Jackson joined the Association May 20th, 1875, at the
age of 41 years, and has paid eight assessments.
The twentieth death was that of Bro. Frank Wilson of
Abou Ben Adhem Lodge, No. 23, of Auburn, died Feb. 10th,
who joined May 28th, 1875, at the age of 25 years, and who
had paid thirteen assessments. His benefit was paid from
accumulated assessments.
Number of members at this date, about 2,300.
N. B.-Brothers are requested to pay their assessment
directly to the Lodge Committee of their respective Lodges,
who are authorized to receipt for the same in the blank be-
low, and to forward the amount to the Secretary. Those
who prefer to do so may remit the assessment to the Secre-
tary direct, by mail.
Received of the Brother to whom this is directed, One
Dollar and Ten Cents, in full of above assessment.
