BROTHER: You are hereby notified that in consequence of the death of Brother
JARVIS B. HARRIS, a member of Industry Lodge, No. 112, Washburn, Maine, the
assessment of ONE DOLLAR, provided for by the By-Laws, is now due and payable to the
Secretary within 30 days from date, on or before Dec. 15, 1908, and that your family
will not be entitled to any aid from the Beneficial Fund unless such assessment is paid
within that time.
