COURT HOUSE, Fitchburg, Mass. This
stone building, on Elm Street, directly
behind the Soldiers' and Sailors' Monu-
ment, was built in 1871. It is of fine
proportions and is the seat of Worcester
county offices. Criminal and civil sit-
tings of Superior Court and weekly sit-
tings of Probate Court are held here.
