BROWSING LIBRARY, MEMORIAL STUDENT CEN-
TER, TEXAS A. & M.-The Browsing Library is one
of the most popular facilities in the MSC. There is
a steady flow of students using this room from 8:00
in the morning until closing time (usually 10:00 at FROM KODACHROME
night). The Browsing Library has a wide selection
of State newspapers, popular magazines and peri-
odicals, including magazines for MSC activities,
such as crafts, amateur radio, art, etc.; also, the
student has available for his leisure time reading,
recent books in the fiction and non-fiction fields.
The policies for the use of the Browsing Library
are established by the Browsing Library Committee,
which is composed of students interested in this
type of activity. This committee has a budget avail-
able to purchase newspapers, magazines, and books
used in the Browsing Library.
