This spectacular panorama of lights may be
seen from the scenic drive, 500 feet above the
city around the base of Mt. Franklin, eleva-
tion 7,152 feet. The altitude at this lookout
point is 4,222 feet. In the distance beyond the
skyscrapers of El Paso, are seen the city of
Juarez and mountain ranges in Old Mexico.
