The Lancaster Floor Plant is the largest of 23 Armstrong
plants in the United States. It includes more than 200
buildings and occupies about 100 acres. Among the
chief products made here are Vinyl Corlon® flooring,
Excelon® (vinyl-asbestos) Tile, and other floor and wall
covering materials; One-Step Floor Care and other prod-
ucts for the care of the home; and a broad range of ad-
hesives. Armstrong's General Office Building is at left
foreground.
