Buffalo Bill's Home Town
Fort Cody, at the ict. of Interstate 80 and U.S. 83,
is one of Nebraska's most interesting tourist stops.
Built of heavy logs, with sentry towers, complete
with armed guards," it is a replica of the fortifi-
cations of 1860 to 1875 era. North Platte is truly
proud to be the home of the old Buffalo Bill Ranch,
now a Nebraska State Park.
