Just the Help Mothers Need
An essential food every child should have during
winter is a daily teaspoonful of Pure Cod Liver Oil.
It is a rich source of vitamins, essential for growth,
vitality and well-formed bones and teeth. It is an
economical food that prevents rickets and corrects
deficiencies of diet and sunshine, increases resistance
against colds and other infections and builds up the
system after sickness.
Keep These Ready for Winter
During winter, no one is entirely free from the dan-
ger of colds. One of the wisest precautions in any
home is to have reliable medicines ready to prevent
or check the colds that almost surely come, to reduce
their severity and duration, to lighten the distress and
to guard against the dangers of serious effects. Special

Medicated Ointmt.
Vapor Balm
Mustard Appletn.
