(Patented December 28, 1915). It develops 76 H.P. without any added side or number of cylinders. On the Sheepshead Bay Speedway, the new Hudson Super-Six set the highest records for speed and acceleration ever made by a stock car. It ran 100 miles in 80 minutes 21.4 seconds, averaging a speed of 74:67 miles per hour. It ran 1350 miles at an average speed of over 70 miles per hour for the entire distance. Its "pick-up" of speed from a standing start was amazing.
