HIS Inter-State Forty Roadster can
be equipped with single or double rumble
seats. As a gentleman's Roadster it is
one of the most harmonious and perfectly
adapted designs for speed, power and general
stylish appearance which has ever been put
on the market. Its smooth, glossy exterior
and its beautiful striping, combined with the
rakish steering column and hooded dash, make
it one of the snappiest, classiest cars at any
price. The removable rumble seat destroys
every possible suspicion of a combination car.
When it is removed it leaves a low, flat, nicely
finished deck, corresponding with the graceful
appearance and fine finish of the balance of
the car. The deck is covered with brass-bound
linoleum and affords space for trunks, cases,
etc. Driver's seat is located well back on the
frame. A 3 to 1 gear ratio is furnished, giving
practically unlimited speed possibilities. The
chassis is the standard Inter-State Forty
Horse-power design.
