TO BE ACCEPTED-Any healthy man or woman between the ages of 21 and 60
years. Every one is passed by a physician after answering a set of questions and
having a few simple examinations.
INSTRUCTIONS-Live as usual but do not eat fatty food, such as cream, butter
or other fats for 4 hours previous to appointment.
IMPORTANT-Failure to keep this appointment may prevent another person
from donating, unless you notify us immediately.
