The Wild West-bang! was a region of violence and most of it
centered around the six That weapon is simply a "six shooter"
carried in a holster on a man's hip, or sometimes tied lower for quicker
draw. It was used by the outlaws to rob the
banks and stage coaches, and by sheriffs to
bring those outlaws in. It was used by
gamblers who palmed an extra ace, by cow-
boys who fought rustlers and Indians, by
men in all walks of life and often by women
