The new College of Law building, dedicated at Ohio
State University April 19-23, 1960 was constructed in
two sections. The first, a classroom unit, was com-
pleted in 1956 at a cost of $842,947, and the second,
a law library and faculty-administrative offices
section, was completed in 1959 at a cost of $1,656,290.
The four-story, air-conditioned building lies along
North High St. at West Eleventh Ave, at the extreme
southeast corner of the Main Campus.
The College of Law is a charter member (1901) of
the Association of American Law Schools, of which
Dean Strong is the current president.
