GRAPE-NUTS CUSTARD
2 cups milk
2 eggs, slightly
beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons
Grape-Nuts
1 tablespoon butter
Scald milk. Beat eggs slightly, add sugar, salt
and vanilla. Add egg mixture to hot milk,
stirring well. Pour into custard cups, sprinkle
Grape-Nuts on each cup and dot with butter.
Place cups in shallow pan of hot water and
bake 3250 for about 45 minutes or until
custard is set. Makes 4 to 6 cups.
