The Fort Weare Game Park is located at Pigeon
Forge, Tennessee on U. S. Highway 73, between
Knoxville and Gatlinburg. It is situated near the
original Fort Weare which was named in honor
of Colonel Samuel Wear, pioneer of Tennessee
and a soldier of four Wars, Colonial, Revolution,
