SOUTH BEND, IND.
Founded in 1872, The South Bend Tribune is
Indiana's third largest newspaper. Its circula-
tion of more than 110,000 covers the 14-
county area which surrounds South Bend. The
Tribune plant, which is one of America's most
modern, was completed in 1951. The Tribune
has pioneered some of the newest mechanical
processes which are employed to produce
modern metropolitan newspapers.
