Height 50'—Length 1300'—Spillway 600' Long-
4 Generators with Total Capacity of 24,000 hp. The
back-water from the dam forms an 18 mile lake, which
derives its name from Taney County, Mo. (LAKE
TANEYCOMO). This Hydro-Electric Plant is located
in the Ozarks on the White River at Ozark Beach, Mo.,
just off Missouri Highway 76 in the “Shepherd of the
Hills” country.
