Atkin and Colby residence halls, 10 stories of
concrete and steel construction, constitute one
of the new landmarks on the growing campus
of Illinois State University in Normal. Feeney
Center, at lower right, provides central dining
facilities for Atkin-Colby, plus the other two
halls in the complex, Hamilton-Whitten, also
10-story structures.
