This little Pueblo Indian is from Isleta, ao
Indian village thirteen miles west of Albuquer
que, New Mexico, and within camera shot of
Santa Fe track. Here as in most others of the
pueblos, the children are generally dressed in
American made clothes. This little boy however
is dressed in native costume. As the picture
shows, he at first objected to having his picture
made, but the apple soon removed all fear and
timidity,
